New England Prayer Center, Inc. (NEPC) is a 501(c)(3) organization operating exclusively for religious, charitable, and educational purposes. Its mission is to strengthen the faith-based community predominantly through prayer and educational offerings held in an ecumenical setting. NEPC seeks to serve as a resource and point of connection in support of churches, church leaders, and lay members regardless of denominational affiliation.
The envisioned Prayer Center is moderately sized and architecturally sensitive to the natural beauty and heritage of its surroundings, with plenty of open space and wooded areas remaining in their natural state. This will be a place of retreat and sanctuary, where people come to join in prayer and to be encouraged in mind, body, and spirit. It will also be a place where Church leaders are invited to meet together and share the common bonds that unite them. In turn, it is a Center where lay people and leaders alike come away with renewed energy, insight, and resources that can help to invigorate their respective home churches and congregations.
